Shipping and delivery

GerPaw accepts orders to destinations available for the selected product at checkout. Availability can vary by product and destination. If we cannot fulfill an order after purchase, we will contact you and issue a refund for the affected item.

Many orders fulfilled through our supplier are prepared in approximately 1–3 business days. Processing can take up to 5 business days in busy periods, or longer if a product is temporarily unavailable. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates. We will provide tracking details when they become available.

Delivery time varies by the product's shipping origin and your destination. Some products ship from the United States and others from international warehouses. Customs processing, carrier disruption, and peak periods can add time. Any shipping charge calculated for your order is shown before payment at checkout. Depending on the destination and shipping route, import taxes or duties might be charged by the destination country or carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm shipping availability for a particular item and destination.

If your parcel is late, missing, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, email imadpeseddine@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate. You can also review our Return and Refund Policy for information about damaged or missing orders.
